Service Description

Do you really need work, school, or sports restrictions? Is any medication or additional testing indicated? We can develop a personalized plan based on your test. Just send the tests and I will send a complete report then we will do a virtual visit to go over everything. PDFs of lab values, ECGs to include 12 lead ECG or Holter or event monitors can be uploaded. We also have a web based system you can use to upload an echocardiogram, CT scan, cardiac MRI, or coronary angiogram images.
